Packet Pick-Up

If you register before 5 p.m. on Sunday, August 14, your rider packet will be put in the mail on August 16.  Mailed registration materials include:

• Rider Numbers—to wear during event
• T-shirt Voucher—to redeem for a t-shirt, see pick up dates below
• Lunch Voucher(s)—optional ticket(s) to redeem at the Four-Star festival
• Rider Guide—directions and facts about the ride of your choice

If you register after 5 p.m. on Sunday, August 14, you must pick up your rider number at the Active Transportation Alliance office, or be prepared to come extra early to the day-of-event packet pick up (for this option, leave yourself at least 40 minutes before your route’s wave departs).

Packet and/or t-shirt pick-up for the Four-Star Bike Tour will be available at these times and locations:

• Wednesday, August 24 - Friday, August 26: From 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Active Transportation Alliance office*
• Saturday, August 27: From 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Active Transportation Alliance office*
• Sunday, August 28 at the Four-Star Bike Tour registration area: Starting at 5:30 a.m. at the Four-Star festival

What to bring to pick-up

If you are picking up your packet and t-shirt, please bring a printed copy of your confirmation email entitled, “Your Event Registration with Active Transportation Alliance.”

If you are picking up your t-shirt only, please bring the t-shirt voucher that was mailed to you.
